Plabify (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides online educational resources for international medical graduates and students preparing for PLAB, OET and UKMLA. Contact: [email protected].
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our website/app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Plabify. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in‑app notices.

We may add, modify or remove features, content and courses to reflect current examination guidance and user feedback. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or events beyond our control (force majeure) may cause temporary unavailability.
All questions, explanations, notes, images, software and other materials are owned by Plabify or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Access is granted for personal, non‑commercial study only. You must not reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without written consent. Unauthorised use may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, error reports or testimonials, you grant Plabify a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use and adapt that input for service improvement and marketing (with attribution only where agreed). Do not share confidential or patient‑identifiable information.
Plabify provides educational materials for exam preparation only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. For clinical decisions, consult a qualified medical professional. Use of our materials does not guarantee exam success, training placement or employment.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using Plabify, you consent to such processing. Where required, you may exercise your data‑subject rights (e.g., access, deletion) as set out therein.
The service may link to third‑party websites, payment processors, communication tools or app stores. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies or availability. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms (e.g., account sharing, content misuse, fraud, or security risks). You may cancel at any time; termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law or our Refund Policy. On termination, your licence to use the service ends and we may delete or anonymise related data subject to our retention obligations.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose). To the maximum extent permitted by law:
